BCLEOA - Mandatory Range Waiver

This form must be completed by all Members and Guests active on the Range.

When completed, it must be submitted to an association administrator and will be retained in association records.

This is a one-time submittal.  There is no need for Guests to fill out the Waiver each time they use the Range.
